  • Mentoring and Positive Role Models: Providing guidance, support, and positive examples.

  • Pet or Equine Therapy: Animals can provide comfort and a sense of companionship, especially for those adjusting to new surroundings.

  • Cultural and Spiritual Support: Respecting and integrating youths' cultural and spiritual beliefs into the services provided.

  • Respite Care: Temporary care to give foster parents or kinship caregivers a break, ensuring they can maintain the child's basic needs.

  • Personal Touch Packages: Handwritten notes of encouragement, photo albums or frames, and small tokens that can be personalized to make a child feel welcomed and loved.

  • Family Bonding Kits: Board games, movie night sets (with DVDs or streaming service vouchers), and craft kits to help foster families spend quality time together.

  • Caregiver Self-Care Packages: Items such as teas, candles, relaxation tools, and tokens of appreciation to help caregivers relax and recharge.
