The granting committee intermittently reviews the progress of each program and reports the impact they are having back to our donors. A special meeting is held during the month of June to review the Foundation’s financial performance and determine the amount that will be available for granting throughout the next cycle. • Individual Donations | Believe in Me

The value of a man resides in what he gives and not in what he is capable of receiving. —Albert Einstein Individual Donations That Make You Feel Good What are Individual Donations? Individual donations are smaller one-time or recurring donations made online or offline from an individual or household. Most individual donations are made in conjunction with an event, such as a birthday, anniversary, or holiday. Individual donations are tax-deductible and the average donation size is $435 per year. You can help raise funds for Believe in Me through the collective efforts of your social network, which includes friends, family, customers, and individual investors. It’s as easy as selecting your crowdfunding channel, choosing Believe in Me for your nonprofit, setting a fundraising goal, and encouraging your friends to give. What are Individual Donations? Donate Double the Donations An easy way to double your contribution is through employee giving programs. Many corporations match employee donations (or the tax-deductible component of your membership) to our organization. If you volunteer with us, your employer may also provide us with a grant as a way to recognize your ongoing support. Thanks for checking to see if your company offers these programs!
